Garnet, red Brecciated Jasper and Poppy Jasper
This beautiful star cut Garnet is a deep, dark raisin red. I've combined it with a red brecciated Jasper and a faceted Poppy Jasper. Worn together the three bracelets make a stunning collection. Wear them as a set, as single strands or mix them in with other Wristocracy (as pictured) or even your own jewellery.
Garnet is the traditional birthstone for January and is associated with Capricorn and Aquarius zodiacs and the heart and base (root) chakras. It is named after the Latin word granatium (pomegranate), as its colour was thought to resemble the deep red of the seeds. Historically, the recorded use of Garnet dates back to the Bronze Age where it was thought to ward off evil, promote good health and increase inner strength. Its rich red considered a symbol of love and life. It’s been used to drive off demons, warn the holder of impending danger, and whilst it was considered good luck to possess one it was said to attract bad luck should you steal it! Metaphysically, Garnets are thought to be an amplifier of bravery, kindness, and creativity as well as a catalyst for attracting love, boosting libido and increasing wealth.
Brecciated Jasper is believed by many to bring balance and relaxation. It promotes compassion, protection and self-discipline. I have both red and green brecciated Jasper
Poppy Jasper is a grounding stone that aligns the chakras. It brings courage, strength and willpower and is said to soothe heartache and bring about emotional balance, while promoting peace and happiness.

Bracelet Sizing
I recommend you select a size that is 1-1.5cm larger than your actual wrist size to allow a little movement. As these bracelets are elasticised it is not recommended that you wear them taut as it strains the elastic and may be uncomfortable on your wrist, nor too loose that it will catch on things.
Mala Sizing
Wristocracy Mala are strung from 108 x 8mm beads unless otherwise stated. They can be finished with your choice of tassel, crystal piece (yours or ours with drilling an extra cost if needed). Mala can also be finished infinity style as in the rainbow style.
Caring for your Wristocracy:
Like with all my jewellery I do recommend you take bracelets off before entering water. Frequent exposure to water and cologne can damage the beads.
Some gemstones are water or photosensitive. This means long periods of water or sun exposure may erode or fade the stone - so it is best to keep this in mind when wearing or storing the jewellery.
Safety
Jewellery is intended for adult wear only. Please keep beads away from animals and small children and ingestion may cause harm.
Gemstones are beautiful to look at, but make no mistake - they should never be ingested. If your bracelet or necklace breaks, collect all the stones and put them in a safe place and contact the maker to remake (if possible). I will remake my pieces only. Please note there is a small charge for re-making and if extra beads are required I may charge a little bit for those also.
Most minerals are safe to wear or handle normally, however if the polish on your gemstone starts to breakdown you need to consider replacing the stones.

Sizes outside the standard ones listed are available on request - please feel free to message me. Please note that bracelets above 21cm may cost a little extra (approx + 15%) due to the extra cost of beads used.
