American Orange Turquoise, Carnelian, Chili Zirconia and Bayong Wood (set of 4)
This Autumn inspired set of 4 bracelets features beautiful burnt orange and warm brown wood tones and is strung from American Orange Turquoise, Carnelian, Chilli Zirconia, Copper and Bayong Wood. Whilst the Turquoise was not labelled as enhanced. I do have some doubts so if natural colour is important to you please be aware of this. FYI I have a bracelet of this turquoise myself and it has worn very well with no colour loss.
Like all Wristocracy bracelets this set is strung on a strong, durable elastic that will last well.
Turquoise is one of the birthstones for July and also December. Turquoise represents wisdom, tranquility, protection, good fortune, and hope. Turquoise is a birthstone for both July and December and is associated with the zodiac signs Scorpio, Sagittarius and Pisces. It is a stone that promotes love and compassion and is said connect the earth and heaven. It is a protective stone that is said to ‘protect agains the evil eye’ has be revered by many cultures throughout time including the Aztecs, Ancient Egyptians, Ancient Greeks and Romans and more recently the Chinese and Native Americans. It is a stone of good fortune, friendship, loyalty and peace. To find out more about Turquoise and its history I suggest further research.
Carnelian is one of the birthstones for July and also closely associated with August and September. Carnelian is said to attract warmth, vitality, creativity, prosperity, abundance and fertility . Carnelian may also help with self-esteem, motivation, love and courage. Some consider Carnelian a stone of good luck. Carnelian may calm anger and repel negativity. It is also sometimes thought to boost fertility and stimulate sexuality.
Zirconia is a manmade variety of Zircon (please see Wristocropedia for more info) and comes in many sparkly colours. I have many colours in this stone that is said to carry the same (all be it very diluted) healing properties of Zircon.
I also recommend that for greater longevity, remove them prior to entering water, particularly with the turquoise as I believe it may a dyed stone.

Sizing
I recommend you select a size that is 1-1.5cm larger than your actual wrist size to allow a little movement. As these bracelets are elasticised it is not recommended that you wear them taut as it strains the elastic and may be uncomfortable on your wrist, nor too loose that it will catch on things.
Caring for your Wristocracy:
Like with all my jewellery I do recommend you take bracelets off before entering water. Frequent exposure to water and cologne can damage the beads.
Some gemstones are water or photosensitive. This means long periods of water or sun exposure may erode or fade the stone - so it is best to keep this in mind when wearing or storing the jewellery.
Safety
Bracelets are intended for adult wear only. Please keep beads away from animals and small children and ingestion may cause harm.
Gemstones are beautiful to look at, but make no mistake - they should never be ingested. If your bracelet or necklace breaks, collect all the stones and put them in a safe place and contact the maker to remake (if possible). I will remake my pieces only. Please note there is a small charge for re-making and if extra beads are required I may charge a little bit for those also.
Most minerals are safe to wear or handle normally, however if the polish on your gemstone starts to breakdown you need to consider replacing the stones.

Sizes outside the standard ones listed are available on request - please feel free to message me. Please note that bracelets above 21cm may cost a little extra (approx + 15%) due to the extra cost of beads used.
